Aluminum Outdoor Planters

Aluminum is the frame in every planter here: it carries the soil load and it holds the boards. On the Rutherford Planter Box the recycled plastic boards sit in a channel with no face fasteners and lift out one at a time without tools. On the Urban Form Self Watering Rectangular Planter they are tongue-and-groove and replace individually. The Beselt Square Planter With Curved Bottom goes all metal, and Urban Form offers all-aluminum versions of its self-watering planters.

Self-watering models hold a reservoir under the soil, 21 US gallons in the Urban Form Self Watering Tapered Planter and 41.5 in the square, with an overflow drain for heavy rain, and they cut watering by up to 80%. The Beselt Self Watering Round Planter can be ordered with a 36 or 49 gallon reservoir. All have forklift slots so a crew can move them for winter or an event.

Sizes run from a 24 by 72 inch Abundance raised bed at 13.5 inches high, which ships flat and assembles in about ten minutes, to the Rutherford 4 Space Wheelchair Accessible Planter at 34 inches high with room for four wheelchairs. Powder coat is gloss, textured or a custom RAL match.
