Wheelchair Accessible Outhouse Buildings

ADA-sized pit toilet buildings for trailheads and remote parks, shipped on a pallet and assembled on site.

About wheelchair accessible outhouse buildings

These are the accessible sizes of our two outhouse families. The John Wheelchair Accessible (ADA) Outhouse Building is 85.25 inches long, 74.625 wide and 99.25 tall, at 257 pounds. It has a clear peaked roof that lets daylight in, a louvered vent across the gable end, and a single hinged door with no windows.

The Forest Wheelchair Accessible (ADA) Outhouse Building puts a 68 by 80 inch stall in a building 91.25 by 69.5 inches and 102 tall, under a single slanted roof that overhangs on all sides, with a full-width louvered vent band up front. Forest stalls butt together, up to four in a row, and two multi-stall versions come built that way. The Forest Wheelchair Accessible Double Stall (ADA) Outhouse Building is 138.625 by 91.25 inches and 1450 pounds; the Forest triple stall accessible building runs 204 by 80 inches at the same 102 inch height.

Regular stalls can share the row. The Forest Regular Triple Stall Outhouse Building is 144 inches long with 48 by 55 inch stalls, and a jumbo stall is 68 by 68. Every building ships on a pallet for remote delivery, and two people assemble one in 3 to 4 hours.

Testimonial
Working with Wishbone has been a refreshing experience from the start. Sales staff were knowledgeable, accessible and provided the information we needed promptly to make decisions. The production and administrative teams were able to adapt their way of working to meet the procurement constraints of our project. Working directly with them as the manufacturer made the whole process smooth and seamless, and we won’t hesitate to work with them again on future projects.

We are very pleased with the Wishbone Bottle/Can recyclers that are attached to our downtown garbage bins. They are attactive and work very well. With the "Bottles and Cans'" decal, they are very recognizable as a recycling point for bottles and cans. Having no lid, they are easily accessible to those who may wish to take the bottles and cans for a recycling refund. The Bottle/Can recyclers enable us to achieve two goals: bottles and cans get recycled, and those in need get a little financial help without rifling through the garbage bins.
