Dawson Creek is in the Peace region, where winter is long and the town backs onto farmland and bush. A hospital there gets a different furniture package than one in the Lower Mainland, and this one shows it.
The seating is the Skyline family in three forms: a standard bench, a backless bench, and a wall bench. The wall bench is the interesting one. It mounts to a structure rather than standing on legs, which keeps a walkway clear for snow clearing and gives someone a place to rest against a building where a freestanding bench would be in the way.
A rodent-resistant waste receptacle with a foot pedal completes the practical end of the package. A foot pedal means a staff member carrying something, or anyone who would rather not touch a lid, can still use the bin.
