Recycled Plastic
Our standard board is 100% recycled HDPE, about half post-consumer and half post-industrial. The colour runs all the way through, so a scratch shows the same shade underneath and the board never needs staining or paint. Years of sun will fade the surface, and the Renew tool takes that layer back off. At the end of its life the board can be ground down and re-extruded into another one.

Bamboo
Full-length bamboo strands are compressed with roughly 10% phenolic glue under heat and pressure, which produces a board harder than most hardwoods. It measures 9.5 kg/mm² on the Brinell scale against 5.9 for Ipe, and it carries a Class A fire rating under ASTM E84. Graffiti and light scratches sand out on site. Left untreated it greys slowly the way any wood does, and an oil finish holds the original colour. The bamboo is ready to harvest in two years, where Ipe takes roughly a century.

Accoya®
Accoya is radiata pine that has been modified so the wood no longer takes up water the way untreated softwood does. That is what stops it swelling, shrinking and warping through a wet winter, and it is why the boards hold a coating longer than the same pine would. The timber comes from certified sustainably managed forests, and Accoya publishes its own North American warranty, which we carry in the downloads.

2 colours
Cedar
Western red cedar grows on this coast, and its natural oils are what resist insects and rot with no treatment at all. It is among the more dimensionally stable softwoods, so it moves little across a season. Left alone it weathers to a silver grey, which is what most parks departments choose. An oil finish holds the original warm tone for anyone who would rather keep it.

1 colour
Gloss Powder
Gloss powder is a super-durable polyester that keeps more than half its original gloss after five years of South Florida exposure, the benchmark AAMA 2604 sets. Every frame goes through a five-stage wash before the powder is applied, finishing with a chrome-free seal coat that adds corrosion protection and helps the coating bond. The powders carry no VOCs. Fifteen colours are stocked, and we can match a custom RAL on request.

Textured Powder
The textured powders use the same super-durable polyester and the same five-stage wash as the gloss range, over a surface that scatters light instead of reflecting it. That low sheen cuts glare in full sun and hides the scuffs, scratches and fingerprints a gloss finish shows. Seventeen colours are stocked. Pewter is the one that sits outside the AAMA 2604 specification the rest of the range meets.
