Picnic Table
Benches, planters, bollards, tables and waste receptacles built largely from recycled aluminum and recycled plastic lumber.
The recycled content on this page is measured by weight. The Modena Bollard is 90% recycled, with a recycled aluminum frame and recycled plastic slats. The Amigo Bench 4ft is 73% recycled and 100% recyclable. The TENAJ Backless Bench 6ft casts its legs from recycled vehicle rims, and the Beaver Tail Seat is 100% recycled cast aluminum.
The plastic lumber is 100% recycled HDPE, about half post-consumer and half post-industrial. The colour runs through the board, so a scratch shows the same shade and nothing needs staining. It does not rot, splinter or warp, and at the end of its life it can be ground down and extruded into a new board. On the Urban Form Picnic Table 6ft the seats are built from manufacturing offcuts, and tongue-and-groove joints cut the fastener count.
Water is the other side of it. The Beselt Self Watering Round Planter holds a reservoir that cuts water use by more than 80%, with an overflow drain so the soil never saturates. Service life on recycled plastic lumber runs beyond 25 years with minimal maintenance.
When it comes to outdoor site furnishings like benches and tables, durability is a top priority. While steel has long been used for its strength…

We are very pleased with the Wishbone Bottle/Can recyclers that are attached to our downtown garbage bins. They are attactive and work very well. With the "Bottles and Cans'" decal, they are very recognizable as a recycling point for bottles and cans. Having no lid, they are easily accessible to those who may wish to take the bottles and cans for a recycling refund. The Bottle/Can recyclers enable us to achieve two goals: bottles and cans get recycled, and those in need get a little financial help without rifling through the garbage bins.

It varies by product and is measured by weight. The Modena Bollard is 90% recycled, the Amigo Bench 4ft is 73%, and the Urban Form Picnic Table 6ft is 63%. The Beaver Tail Seat is cast entirely from recycled aluminum.
Recycled plastic lumber can be ground down and re-extruded into a new board, and models such as the Amigo Bench 4ft are listed as 100% recyclable. Several models already use cast aluminum legs made from recycled rims.
No. The colour runs all the way through the board, so it never needs stain or paint. Years of sun will fade the surface, and the Renew tool takes that layer back off. It does not rot, splinter or warp.
The Beselt Self Watering Round Planter is a 35 in round planter with a built-in reservoir that cuts water use by more than 80%. An overflow drain prevents over-saturation, and forklift slots in the base let crews move it. Larger reservoirs of 36 or 49 gallons are optional.
