Muskoka-style lounge chairs, a rocker, a chaise and a love seat built to municipal grade for condo and townhome grounds. About outdoor chairs for residential spaces

All six products come from the JEM family, a Muskoka profile with a raked back and a low seat, built for public use rather than a cottage deck. The JEM Lounge Chair ships fully assembled at 70 lb, with a 14 in seat height and a 36 in overall height. The JEM Rocking Chair is the same chair on rockers. It bolts down to a concrete slab, which is what makes a rocking chair workable where theft is a concern.

The JEM Love Seat holds two across 58.125 in, and the JEM Love Seat without Middle Armrest drops the centre arm for closer seating. The JEM Chaise Lounger stretches the seat to 40 in deep under a contoured backrest.

Frames are all-welded marine-grade aluminum with stainless steel hardware and a super-durable powder coat, and slats are 100% recycled plastic. Nothing rots, splinters or needs paint, so a strata's maintenance list stays short. The front apron takes custom graphics, and the powder coat comes in a wide colour palette.

The JEM Lounge Chair features black recycled plastic lumber and a rose-colored powder-coated frame. This modern chair offers comfortable outdoor seating.
