This is the short list a developer or strata tends to specify: JEM seating, a couple of planters, and bike parking. The JEM Lounge Chair and JEM Side Table pair as a conversation nook; the side table has a recycled plastic top, a bolt-down-ready base and an optional two-sided chess and checker board. The JEM Rocking Chair anchors to concrete, so it stays where it was put.
Bike parking splits by location. The Parker 2 Space Bike Rack and the aluminum Vincent rack are ground racks with a small footprint, and the Vincent is modular so sections can be added or removed seasonally. The Urban Space Wall Mount Bike Rack hangs a bike vertically in about a third of the floor space, with an optional locking bar, for a parkade or a condo storage room.
The Rutherford 4 Space Wheelchair Accessible Planter sets an 8 ft bed at 34 inches for gardening from a chair. Everything here shares the municipal build: marine-grade aluminum frames, stainless steel hardware, a super-durable powder coat, and 100% recycled plastic lumber that does not rot, splinter or warp.

How much floor space does the wall-mount bike rack save?
Mounting a bike vertically on the Urban Space Wall Mount Bike Rack takes roughly a third of the footprint of a ground rack. It is 77 inches tall, 3 inches wide and 13 inches deep, and an optional locking bar secures frame and wheels.
Can the chairs and tables be bolted down?
The JEM Rocking Chair anchors directly to concrete, and the JEM Side Table has a bolt-down-ready base with an INST-1 kit available. The JEM Lounge Chair ships fully assembled.
Can the powder coat be matched to a building?
Yes. The JEM Side Table lists a custom powder coat to match or contrast the chair, the Vincent rack is coated in any RAL colour, and the Rutherford planter offers custom powder coating. Fifteen gloss and seventeen textured colours are stocked.
