Surface mount or in-ground: surface won

Four in five of our installations bolt to a finished surface. That share has grown every year, and the reason is not what most people assume.

Why Wishbone for provincial and regional parks

There is a kind of site furniture that never gets photographed at golden hour. We have shipped more than nine hundred pieces of it.

Seventeen thousand boards

Since 2018 we have shipped 17,817 loose recycled lumber boards. Not benches. Boards. Each one is a bench that was repaired instead of replaced, and that is what a circular product looks like in an order book.

Same bench, eight years running

Seventy-seven of our products have shipped in every single year since 2019. For a parks department, that is the specification.

The accessible vault toilet, from one percent to a third

In 2019 one of the eighty-six outhouse buildings we shipped was wheelchair-accessible. In 2024 it was forty-eight of a hundred and thirty-two.

Eight feet: gone from benches, growing in tables

The eight-foot bench has almost vanished from our orders. The eight-foot picnic table has quadrupled. Same length, opposite directions, and the reason is who sits there.

The accessibility shift, measured

In 2019, two percent of the furniture we shipped was wheelchair-accessible. In 2026 it is five. The number is small. The change is not.

What a LEED project needs from a furniture manufacturer

Furniture is optional in LEED's materials credits, which is why most manufacturers never bother. It can be included, and when a project wants to include it, the paperwork is specific. Here is what it is, and where we stand.
